Abbey Villa S.C. Strength, Conditioning, Speed and Agility Training.
As part of our winter training Abbey Villa S.C. is offering fitness training to our U13 to U16 players. This training is open to all Abbey Villa S.C and non-Abbey Villa S.C. U13 to U16 players. All sessions will involve strength training, conditioning, speed work, and of course touches on the ball.
The training will be Sunday mornings in Franklin starting January 2012. The sessions will be run by trainer John Sousa. John recently took the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and has worked core specific training programs with high school and collegiate track and field athletes. He is excited to bring core based speed training to Abbey Villa S.C. To register, go to Register and Winter Training. Chose “conditioning“ as the group.
