After training with John I honestly went from being a good athlete, to a great athlete. John’s training sessions not only challenged my physically but mentally as well. Physically, John pushed me to my limits and kept me focused during training sessions, never letting me give up, always making sure I hit my goals. During every drill John was right there motivating me to do my best. John helped me become quicker, more agile, and much stronger. His workouts were challenging, but within my reach with the right amount of effort. No other trainer I have ever had has pushed me as hard as John. Mentally, John taught me how to set realistic goals and gave me the tools to reach those goals.  He taught me about desire, focus, and self-motivation; all of which not only apply on the field but off the field as well.
