• Des founded the club in 2002.
• Over 10 Years Coaching Experience.
• NSCAA Advanced National Diploma.
• E, F, D MYSA License.
• USSF Licensed Grade 8 Referee.
• Coached Boys 1996 from MASC Boys U12 (Spring 2008) level to MAPLE Boys U14 Div 1 level (Spring 2010) to U16 Northeast Regional 1 Finalists.
• Coached Boys 1998 to quarter finals of Andre Cup ( Last 8 of 58 MAPLE teams).
• Coached multiple town teams and raised their level of play from BAYS Div 3 to upper Div 2/Div 1.

Playing Experience

• Played High School,College and Senior Level Soccer.
• Captained underage club teams to soccer county finals.
• Played Gaelic Football and Hurling through High School.
• Won underage Gaelic Football county championships.
